We are here as an orthodontic team to provide the highest quality care to our patients in an inviting, friendly, and supportive environment. We believe the benefits of orthodontic treatment last a lifetime. The creation of a beautiful, healthy smile translates into happiness, invites communication with others, and opens doors to achievement, success, and personal fulfillment.
With the cooperation of our patients and the devotion of our experienced team, we provide care in the most efficient manner by using proven, advanced treatment for fees that are reasonable and fair.
I enjoy getting to know our patients and parents. After awhile they feel like friends. It’s a pleasure to watch each person grow and change during treatment. Their smile changes and so too does their outlook and confidence. I welcome patients, answer the phones, and help patients schedule visits at times that work with their busy lives. I also follow up with no-shows and cancellations and enter treatment notes.
I’m a widow after 46 years of marriage. I have two wonderful sons who are both in the dental field. I have six fantastic grandchildren and a dog, Miss Rylee, who is full of energy. I enjoy walking, golfing, and being a member of Green Spring Presbyterian Church in Abingdon.
I love building relationships with patients and their parents. It’s a great feeling to watch their smiles evolve and see their confidence grow at the same time. I work directly with patients to ensure they’re able to get the most from their insurance benefits. Dr. Mullins believes everyone deserves a healthy, beautiful smile, so we work with families to find financial terms that fit with their budget.
I’ve lived in the Tri-Cities area for most of my life. I have three wonderful children: Morgan, Brady, and Peyton. Outside of work, I enjoy time with my family, traveling, and reading.
I enjoy meeting people. I work with new patients and families, educating them about the care we offer and how a beautiful smile improves dental health and self-esteem. I guide patients as they’re starting care, supporting them through their initial consultation. After they’ve seen Dr. Mullins, I review the proposed treatment plan and options. I also help families with financial arrangements and scheduling.
I grew-up in Louisiana and moved to the Tri-Cities area with my incredible husband, Harry, in 2009. Together, we have four great children and six wonderful grandchildren. We are devout LSU football fans, enjoy golf and spending time with our goldendoodle, Yogi.

It’s so much fun to get to know our patients as they begin treatment. Each of them becomes more and more excited as they see their teeth start to straighten and they feel better about their appearance. The best day is when we take off their braces and they see their beautiful smile for the first time! I take photos, X-rays, and scan a patient’s teeth. I also work in our onsite lab, crafting retainers and other custom appliances for patients.
My husband Paul and I have been married for 32 years. We have five children and six grand children. Paul and I love to camp and hike. We’re active at Tennessee Avenue Church and I’m active in Relay for Life in Bristol.

It is such a rewarding job to be a part of a dental team and watch patients grow and develop confidence in their smile. I assist Dr. Mullins with procedures and adjustments. My husband John and I have 4 children who keep us very busy with volleyball, baseball and basketball.
It is an amazing opportunity to work in an office where not only do we provide patients with perfect smiles, we also get to see the confidence and boost in self-esteem that comes along with their new smiles. Seeing the look on each patient's face when we remove their braces makes all the hard work worth it.
