Sarah, the treatment coordinator, was extremely gracious. She worked with me on getting an appointment that very week and promptly returned a later phone call to answer some questions I had. On our first appointment, I found the staff to be very welcoming, the office was extremely clean, and Dr. Mullins took the time to patiently explain the best plan to correct my son's orthodontic issues.
